Northeast Testing Upstate provides many services for our customers including
drug testing, paternity testing, lead testing, training, policy implementation,

Drug and Alcohol Testing
Collection Services
From the moment your employees enter our facilities they will be treated with
the dignity and respect you would expect from a competent business. You can be
assured that our specimen collection services will remain of the highest quality
and finest integrity available. Northeast Testing Upstate uses both Quest
Diagnostics and Laboratory Corporation of America's patient service centers
throughout the country. Both laboratories are SAMSHA certified and approved for
D.O.T. drug testing.
Medical Review Officer Services
Medical Review Officer (MRO) services are a Federal Requirement for all D.O.T.
regulated drug testing programs, and strongly recommended for all non-D.O.T.
positive test results by every authority in the industry. A medical review
officer is a licensed physician who has specialized in substance abuse disorders
and is certified to perform drug testing medical reviews. The MRO services
should be incorporated into every drug testing program for your company's
protection as well as for its legal liability. Doctor's Review Service of New
York is the MRO for Northeast Testing Upstate. The service is provided to you at
no charge.
Collectors
All collectors for Northeast Testing Upstate are certified in performing the
urine drug screen collections as well as breath test collections. All collectors
are currently updated on changes in D.O.T. rules and regulations, as well as
collection site procedures. Most collectors for Northeast Testing Upstate are
nurses or laboratory technicians.
Consortium Services
Reports and Record Keeping
Northeast Testing Upstate will maintain all your testing records during the
year. You will be sent quarterly reports of all testing performed for your
company during that time. There is no charge for the record keeping and
quarterly reports.
At the end of the year, Northeast Testing Upstate will prepare the MIS report
for you, so you can mail it to D.O.T. if requested. Contact us for pricing.
Supervisory Training
Northeast Testing Upstate will train your supervisors as required by D.O.T. in
the reasonable suspicion observation of employees. This is a 2 hour course which
devotes 1 hour to drug abuse observation and 1 hour of alcohol abuse

Policy Implementation
Northeast Testing Upstate can assist you and write for you a company substance
abuse policy as required by D.O.T. Contact us for pricing.
Paternity Testing
Northeast Testing Upstate also performs DNA paternity testing for several of the
major laboratories in North America, as well as performing paternity tests for
counties in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. See our

Additional Services
Lead/ZPP
Northeast Testing Upstate performs lead/ZPP blood draws for businesses required
to do so due to OSHA requirements.
