Northeast Testing Upstate Inc. is a mobile drug and alcohol testing company, established in 1995 to handle the growing needs of businesses requesting on site testing.

Northeast Testing Upstate Inc. will handle your complete program, from writing your company policy, supervisory and employee training, testing of the employees, and record keeping. We provide both on and off site testing and are available for emergency testing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All collectors working for Northeast Testing Upstate Inc. are certified in the collection procedures for both drug and alcohol testing. All breath test instruments used by Northeast Testing Upstate are on the conforming list of products approved by the Department of Transportation. Currently Northeast Testing Upstate uses Intoxilyzer models 200D and 400. All employees are updated on any changes in rules or regulations concerning the drug and alcohol testing.

The laboratories used for testing the specimens are Quest Diagnostics, Lab Corp, Med-Tox, Pharm Chem and Lab One. All laboratories are NIDA certified. Northeast Testing Upstate Inc. and its clients are able to use any of their facilities anywhere in the country to have a collection performed.

In addition to drug and alcohol testing, Northeast Testing Upstate Inc. performs DNA blood draws for the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services, Department of Corrections, Probation Departments and Parole Departments for the convicted offender database. We also perform DNA paternity testing for several of the major laboratories in the country.
